INFORMATION ABOUT ACQUALAGNA
Acqualagna is a small town with about 4,000 inhabitants, close to the beautiful Gorge of Furlo (a natural canyon); it is very well-known for the production and marketing of truffles. Those people who come here to taste the unmistakable smell and flavour of truffles will also be surrounded by the beauty of the Furlo Reserve and of the landscape of the Mountain Community of Catria and Nerone. The amazing territory and the scent of truffles make Acqualagna a very special place.

MACHINING
Our production is currently aimed at the complete construction of frames or components made with sheet metal and / or tube welded using certified Mig / Mag / Tig / Brazing processes.
In order to supply the finished product, we take care of all stages of the production chain such as: laser cutting, bending, c.n.c. mechanical processing, pressure testing and assembly; thanks to our supplier base, we also guarantee the execution of heat and surface treatments.
The items most produced are: frames and components for industrial machines, parts for weapons, heat exchangers for boilers and sanitary items in general, frames for motorcycles, stabilizer bar clamps, fitness equipment, frames for industrial vehicles seats, structures for armchairs medical.
The materials for possible transformation are: carbon steel, aluminum alloys, stainless steel and copper.

THE COMPANY
Our company has been operating in the metalworking sector since 1979 and is located in the region Marche, in the district of Pesaro-Urbino, near the town of Acqualagna; it is very well connected to the Motorway A14 – and then to the whole Italian motorway net – thanks to the highway Fano-Grosseto. The airports of Rimini and Ancona are also quickly reachable thanks to these connecting roads.
New professional staff contributed to an improvement of the “modus operandi” of the company, so that all customers can appreciate the quality of our items and the punctuality of our delivery times.
As part of continuous improvement and to optimize its services, the company has decided to complete this phase of evolution by starting the introduction of a quality system in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001 2008 edition, and for a further specialization in the process welding, the UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2006
